Specialist MGA Euna has appointed Sharon Brennan as Senior Healthcare Underwriter and Rosie David as Healthcare Underwriter, strengthening its medical malpractice team as demand for specialist healthcare cover continues to rise.
The appointments reflect a period of strong performance for Euna’s healthcare book and represent the next stage in the MGA’s growth, building on this momentum by investing in high-calibre underwriting talent.
These new additions come amid sustained growth in UK private healthcare. NHS waiting lists reached 7.3 million in December 2025, driving a steady shift towards private provision across a range of specialties. High-growth areas including orthopaedics and gynaecology are generating increased liability exposure, while the introduction of a new licensing regime for cosmetic procedures is bringing a previously unregulated sector within the scope of professional indemnity requirements.

Sharon joins Euna with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare underwriting across UK and international markets, most recently serving as Practice Leader in the London Market. Rosie brings underwriting experience and a strong foundation in supporting specialist healthcare business.
